Our company was founded in 1991 at the request
of a client needing help in solving the problem
of finding suitable housing for their 75 expatriate
families in a rental market unaccustomed to renting
to foreign tenants. By developing our reputation
among property owners as a company who would support
clients throughout their stay in Japan, and the
introduction and development of fully equipped import
rental housing, we made immediate inroads to solving
this problem.
Then, by positioning
ourselves to be able to introduce our clients
to all sources of rental real estate, the efforts
of which resulted in our launch of Japan's
first online multi-listing system in English,
and by developing our services and presence across
Japan, we have been able to provide a one point
of contact solution to help foreign companies
to not only house their employees, but to solve
all other difficulties faced when relocating employees
to Japan.
